KAHAL is operated by Purchases and Online Deliveries Ltd. (Company No. 515131274). We are committed to protecting user privacy in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and regulations issued thereunder.
2. Information We Collect
- Waitlist registration: Email address, first and last name, phone number, city, cultural preferences
- Club registration: Payment method (not stored by us — handled by authorized payment processors)
- Service usage: Seats booked, shows attended, cancellation history
- Technical: IP address, browser type, referral page, device identifier
3. How We Use Information
- To provide the service and offer relevant seats
- To send notifications about available seats, booking confirmations, and reminders
- To charge monthly subscription fees and no-show penalties
- To improve the service and analyze usage patterns (aggregated and anonymous)
- To comply with legal requirements and prevent misuse
4. Information Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell your information. We share limited information with the following providers for operational purposes only:
- Inforu: SMS sending (phone number + message content)
- Sendgrid: Email sending (email address + content)
- Tranzila / iCredit: Payment processing (handled directly by them — we don't store credit card details)
- Google Maps: Venue location display
- Vercel: Website hosting and technical traffic analysis
- Partner venues: When booking a seat, we share only the name to create a will-call list
5. Information Security
We use industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption for all communications, password hashing, separation of dev and production environments, and role-based access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we recommend using a unique and strong password.
6. Your Rights
In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, you have the right to:
- View information stored about you
- Request correction of incorrect information
- Request deletion of information (subject to legal and logistical requirements)
- Unsubscribe from mailings at any time (link in every email)
7. Cookies
We use operational cookies for session management and aggregate analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
8. Children
The service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that information was collected from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
9. Policy Changes
If we update the privacy policy, we will send an email notification to all registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
